I’m a little late…ok really late… It’s #transformation tuesday #fitfam!

I started my “get healthy - mind, body and soul” journey in January of this year by making the commitment to myself to make healthier food choices, workout daily for at least thirty minutes, pray daily, and go back to school to pursue my dream in esthetics…and it has been an amazing, challenging ride!

I have a fabulous support system of my loving hubby, my 2 keep-me-on-my-toes boys, and my family! I am truly blessed and grateful for this opportunity…and love where this journey has taken me! 🙏❤️💪☀️💆😃

Happy Monday #fitfam!!! I have been MIA the last week, but I am back and ready to conquer the week!  My #goal this week is to keep a #positive #attitude even through the challenges I may face at work, at school and at home and to be #grateful for all the opportunities and blessings in my life. Good afternoon #fitfam!!! I am so done with my excuses! I have been slacking with my progress photos because of work and school…but seriously there is no excuse to not maintain accountability!

The first set of photos was taken in late April when I truly started seeing the fruits of my labor, and the second set of photos was taken in late July.  I did not think there was much change between April and July, but doing this side by side comparison definitely proves me wrong!

We are our own worst critics, and since we stare at ourselves everyday, it’s sometime difficult to notice the changes your body goes through during your journey.

The moral of this story - take your progress pictures! You will amaze yourself with your results! 💪😊👊
